The Friends of the Round Valley Public Library would again appreciate your assistance in publicizing our major fund raising event:
The 27th running of the Blackberry Festival Footrace will be held on Sunday, August23, at 8 am, starting in the center of town in Covelo. There will be 5K and 10K runs and a 5K walk, with all proceeds going to the Round Valley Public Library.
The Footrace is part of the Blackberry Festival weekend, a traditional small town festival in this isolated valley in the heart of the Coast Range. For more information and race applications, see www.roundvalley.org/library, or call the Library at (707) 983-6736.
